Virtual Studios is a leader in digital visualization and immersive media, specializing in photorealistic architectural environments and compelling visual experiences. We are seeking a talented Senior CG Artist to lead our visualization team and help shape the future of our creative output.

Role Overview:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and full-cycle financial reporting.

• Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

• Manage and mentor junior accountants or bookkeepers, implementing controls and process improvements.

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).

• Ensure compliance with BIR filing requirements (e.g., 2550M/Q, 1601-C, 1701/1702, SLSP, Alphalist) and other tax regulations.

• Represent the company in BIR audits, respond to Letters of Authority (LOA), and manage tax risk exposure.

• Lead budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Provide strategic insights on cost control, profitability, and cash management to support business growth.

• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and efficient reporting systems.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:

• Experience in architectural visualization with a portfolio showcasing potential.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow technical and artistic skills.

• Detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license highly preferred).

• At least 10 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a senior or head accountant role.

• Proven expertise in Philippine taxation, PFRS, and BIR compliance, including handling LOAs and external audits.

• Strong background in full-cycle accounting, payroll management, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, variance analysis).

• Experience supervising a finance team and improving accounting systems.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Prior experience in SMEs, real estate, construction, or service industries is an advantage.
